When Repair Isn’t the Answer
If a covered appliance cannot be repaired after documented repair attempts and qualifies under the plan terms, AGM can provide replacement assistance rather than leaving you on your own.

The waiting period applies to new plans. It helps ensure the protection is intended for future unexpected failures rather than appliances with an existing known problem.
Eligible standard brands include many of the major manufacturers Appliance GrandMasters services. High-end brands may require a different protection option. Refer to the Protection Plan Agreement for the complete eligibility requirements.
Qualifying parts and labor are covered according to the plan terms. Silver has a $99 service fee per visit, Gold has a $49 service fee per visit, and Platinum has a $0 service fee.
When the plan’s documented repair and eligibility requirements are met, Appliance GrandMasters can provide up to a $500 replacement credit. Additional value may apply when the replacement is purchased through Appliance GM Superstore.
Yes. Monthly payment options are available for all three plans. Gold and Platinum promotional enrollment includes the first month free as part of the 13-month-for-12 offer.
Customers enrolling in an eligible Gold or Platinum plan receive 13 months of protection for the price of 12, subject to the final plan and promotional terms.
