Our labor rates are not based on hourly rates or time based, but instead are based on type and complexity of the repair and the appliance that needs service. But you can expect labor charges as low as $ 39 up to $ 750 for complex repairs such as compressor or evaporator  coil replacements.

We are one of the few transparent appliance companies that will provide you a full itemized breakdown with part numbers included for you to be sure what you are paying for.

After troubleshooting your appliance, the technician will provide you an estimate for the repair.

YES! We proudly stand behind our service. Every repair we perform comes with a warranty on labor and part installed.

The warranty applies only when you paid us directly and not when the service performed was through a manufacturer warranty or  third party warranty. In that case your warranty period depends on the manufacturer or extended warranty company.

Yes, we currently offer 10% military discount, and 10% senior citizen discount.

After Covid-19 started we also decided to offer this 10% discount to first responders, nurses and teachers.

Appliance GrandMasters has partnered with several manufacturers to perform their warranty service. Thanks to this partnership we get the best technical training from the manufacturer and access to all the technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, schematics, service manual and service bulletins, needed for repairs.

Most home appliances come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. It should be a full warranty which covers labor and parts. One way to confirm quickly if you appliance has a warranty is by checking the date of purchase. If the unit was purchase within the part 12 months, you are definitely under warranty. We would recommend you to call the manufacturer directly to open a warranty claim.

If you appliance is 12 months or older, you can still have a chance on getting something covered. Some manufacturer such as LG offer an extended parts warranty up to 10 years on sealed system components such as Compressor, Evaporator Coil, Condenser Coil and Filter Drier. Our office team is here to help you determine if your parts could be under warranty.

Our Service Call Fee is for us to cover the cost to send a technician to your house to troubleshoot your appliance. Parts and labor for repairs are additional if needed. We will Quote you for the repairs needed once the problem has been diagnosed by one of our appliance technicians. If your appliance is under any type of warranty, please contact the manufacturer or extended warranty company directly to open a claim first and then you can proceed to schedule the appointment service
